How we work
PHI-aware delivery
Delivery is aligned to HIPAA and the regulatory standards of the markets we serve. Work involving protected health information is governed by a written agreement, including a business associate agreement where HIPAA applies, before any PHI is shared.
Human-in-the-loop
Agentic systems carry the operational load; senior reviewers approve consequential actions before they ship, and a named person stays accountable for the result.
Explainable and auditable
Decisions are traceable, measurable and reviewable end to end, so that errors are found by you rather than by auditors and payers.
This website
- Please do not send PHI through this website or by ordinary email. Contact forms and email are not designed for patient information.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking. The site is served as static pages and sets no advertising cookies. We measure visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare states uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors.
- Encrypted connections. The site is served over HTTPS only, with browser protections that block framing and restrict what content can load.
- Interactive tools run in your browser. Our free scorecards do not send, store or log what you enter.
- Downloads are reviewed. Files we publish are checked before release for embedded scripts, hidden metadata and tracking links.
