Overview
This policy explains what information During Health (“we”, “us”) collects through duringhealth.com and how we use it. This website is a marketing and information site. Please do not send protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive patient information through the website or by email before a written agreement is in place.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organization, message and, if you choose to give them, your job title, phone number, type of organization, areas of interest, timeline and preferred way to be contacted. When you download a resource, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organization and job title, and optionally your phone number, type of organization and the topics and kinds of material you are interested in. We use a phone number only to call you if you ask us to. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to serve and secure the site.
How we use it
We use contact details to respond to your enquiry, and the details you give when downloading a resource to send you the file, to follow up about it, and to choose which updates are relevant to you. We use newsletter email addresses to send the updates you subscribed to; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the site and handle communications, including Cloudflare (hosting and delivery) and Brevo (transactional email and newsletter delivery). These providers process information on our behalf.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, in aggregate. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. It does not tell us who you are. If we change how we measure the site, we will update this policy.
Free tools
Our interactive tools, such as the HIM readiness scorecard, run entirely in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us, stored or logged.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by emailing us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
