    Accessibility statement

We want everyone — including people who use screen readers, keyboards or other assistive technology — to be able to use this website.

    Our goal

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a certification we hold.

    What we do

    • A “skip to content” link and a clear heading structure on every page.
    • Menus, search and dialogs that work with a keyboard alone, with visible focus.
    • Form fields with labels, and errors announced to assistive technology.
    • Text that can be resized, and layouts that adapt to small screens.
    • Animations that stop for visitors who ask their device to reduce motion.
    • Plain-language writing, and descriptive link text.

    Known limitations

    • We test with automated tools and by hand, but this site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
    • Some downloadable PDFs may not be fully accessible to screen readers. If you need a different format, ask and we will provide one.

    Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email connect@duringhealth.com with the page address and what happened. We will respond and work to fix it.
